I have been a Consultant Physician in Tunbridge Wells since 1993. I am a General Physician with particular interest in Cardiovascular Disease and Cerebrovascular Disease and Medicine for the Elderly. As a General Physician I work closely with my Surgical and Orthopaedic Consultant colleagues, providing pre- and post-operative support to their patients.
I have been extensive managerial and educational experience, having previously been Clinical Director and Associate Medical Director of Medicine from 1997 - 2007, before becoming RCP College Tutor for T. Wells between 2007 and 2010, when I became Clinical Tutor for Tunbridge Wells and the Foundation Programme Director. I am also Joint Programme Director for Geriatric Medicine Higher Specialist Training in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
I am also part-time Medical Director and Responsible Officer for Horder Healthcare, a Charitable Independent Healthcare Provider based in East Sussex, which currently specializes in providing elective orthopaedic surgery and musculo-skeletal services.
